AGES: 4 & Under - Parents & Tots

This curriculum is designed for parents and their little ones to have fun and explore the world of gymnastics together. Our class is perfect opportunity for your tot to develop their motor skills, balance coordination and strength while bonding with you! our experienced coaches will be on hand to guide you and your child through a variety of activities that will challenge and engage both of you! Plus, you will get to meet other parents & tots in a fun and supportive environment.

AGES 3-4 - Preschool I

In this class, your gymnast will be introduced to gymnastics and the various events.  Girls and boys will begin training basic skills on events and trampoline.  The main goal of this class is to help individuals increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body control, listening, and self-confidence while having fun.  The smaller class sizes help ease your children into new activities and parents are encouraged to assist their child when needed.  If your child is 4 years old and this is their first gymnastics class or they are not confident to be away from their parents in a class on their own, this is the class you want to sign up for.

 

Age Group: Age 3-4

AGES 4-5 - Preschool II

In this class, your gymnast will learn fundamental movements on multiple events.  Girls and boys will begin training basic tumbling skills including cartwheels and rolls while working on hangs and swings on events including bars and rings.  This class will help individuals to increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, listening, and self-confidence in a fun and safe environment. 

 

Age Group: Ages 4-5

Next Session: Sept. 9, 2024 - Dec. 21, 2024

AGES 8+ - Intermediate 3

In this class, your gymnast will build upon fundamentals developed in previous classes.  Girls and boys will train more advanced tumbling skills like round-offs, walkovers, and introduction to handsprings while working toward improving skills on the other women’s and men’s events like bars and rings.  Gymnast should have confident cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and other basic skills prior to signing up.  Please confirm with coaches if this is the correct class for your gymnast prior to signing up.  This class will advance individuals abilities on all gymnastics apparatus while building strength, flexibility, and confidence for future advancement.

 

Age Group: Ages 8+

Boys Mini Team (4-6) / Girls Pre-Team - XCEL Bronze & Silver (5-8) /  Advanced Rec - XCEL Gold (8+)

 Boys Mini Team / Girls Pre-Team & XCEL / Advanced Rec & XCEL Gold  will meet 2x per week for multiple hours per session. Gymnasts will continue to refine and perfect skills that were learned earlier in their classes while starting to train more advanced skills for gymnastics routines. They will continue to build strength and flexibility required for future development.  This is the option for all individuals looking to participate in competitive gymnastics.

  • Ages 5-8 - Girls Pre-Team/XCEL Bronze & Silver

  • Ages 8+ - Advanced Rec. & XCEL Gold
