REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

​

1 Year / 12 Month Memberships​

  • If you cancel before the 11th month of your membership, you must pay a cancellation fee equal to 2 months of the membership fee. 

​

  • If you cancel during or after the 11th month, you are responsible for 1 month of the membership fee.

​

  • Once the monthly fee has been paid it is NOT refundable and does not count towards the cancellation fee.

​

6 Month Membership

  • If you cancel before the 6th month of your membership, you must pay a cancellation fee equal to 2 months of the membership fee.​

​

  • Once the monthly fee has been paid it is NOT refundable and does not count towards the cancellation fee.

​

3 Month Membership

​

  • If you cancel before the 2nd month of your membership, you must pay a cancellation fee equal to 2 months of the membership fee.​

​

  • If you cancel during or after the 2nd month, you will be charged the remaining payment (s) on the membership.

​

  • Once the monthly fee has been paid it is NOT refundable and does not count towards the cancellation fee.

1 Month Membership

​

  • Once a 1 month membership has been purchased, there is NO refund.

NON CURRICULUM/DROP-IN CLASSES  & OPEN GYMS

​

Early Cancellation

  • Accepted up to 24 hours prior to the start of your activity

    • MUST be communicated through email or speaking directly to a staff member​

      • Voicemails are NOT accepted for early cancellations

  • Refunds/credits will be issued for early cancellations

Late Cancellation

  • Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the activity

  • NO refunds/credits will be issued for late cancellations

​

CURRICULUM CLASSES / GYMNASTICS CLASSES

​

  • NO REFUNDS less than ONE (1) WEEK from the class start date

    • Less than ONE (1) WEEK from the start date, a credit may be issued, however, NO refund will be given​

COURT / TURF / CAGE RENTALS

​

Contract Rentals

  • Please refer to the cancellation policy in your rental agreement

​

Single Day Use/ Day of Rentals

  • Once booked, there are NO refunds on "single day" use or "day of" rentals

BIRTHDAY PARTIES/FIELD TRIPS

​

  • NO REFUNDS less than THREE (3) WEEKS from the party date

 

COMPETITIONS / CAMPS / EVENTS

​

  • NO REFUNDS less than ONE (1) WEEK from the event date

 

LEAGUES

​

  • NO REFUNDS - EXCEPT in the case of an injury, prior to the first game (with doctor's note), or extenuating circumstances (looked at on a case by case basis)

  • NO REFUNDS once the session has started
